1. George Gregory of Nottingham, esq, Sir Martin Lister of Burwell, knight, Richard Lister of Thorpe Arnold, Leicestershire, esq, son and heir apparant of Sir Martin, and Michael Lister of South Carlton, esq, another of the sons of Sir Martin,
to
2. John Martyn of Nottingham, gent, and Henry Roos of Sneinton, Nottinghamshire, gent.
Quotes 1-PG/3/3/1/3 above in which it was agreed that George Gregory might at any time hereafter, with the consent of Martin Lister, revoke all or any of the uses concerning the Nottingham property, and sell the same or any part thereof. George Gregory and Susanna his wife find it convenient to revoke the said uses in order to enable George to make new settlements and assurances of other lands for the provision of Susanna and their children.
Now George, with the consent of Sir Martin Lister revokes all the uses concerning the messuages, cottages, lands, tenements etc in Nottingham and it is declared that he shall henceforth be seised of them to the use of himself, his heirs and assigns for ever.
