A clause of warranty.
Reversion to donors if the donee died without lawful heirs of his body.
Witnesses: Walter Wyles, Ralph Calow. Alan Goyte, Anselm de Sixhill, Robert Beaufiz and many others.
Undated but apparently after 1290 (Quia Emptores).

Endorsed: Freman (16th Cent?).

Physical Description: Oval seals on tags, a device resemblig the letter M. They had been wound round with yarn for protection.
