Property: One plot of land lying in the vill of Brymton [Brimpton] between the land which was of William Evesone on the west and a certain highway on the east which leads from the court of Schaldeford [Shalford] towards Oxonehetfeild.
To pay yearly three pence to the capital lord of the fee at the feast of St. Michael, and to William le Frankelain, his heirs or assigns one halfpenny for pan benedictus, when necessary, and to the church one halfpenny which shall be collected; and to the service of the King one farthing when the Cinque Ports shall need guarding.
General Warranty.
Consideration: 20 shillings of silver and one tunic of blanket cloth.
