John Randson of Bicker and Elizabeth, daughter of William Sutton of Surfleet, and their heirs

A certain capital messuage etc. and two pieces of land in Bicker, of which:-
(a) the messuage is situated between land of Thomas Sherman on the east and land of the said John on the west, abutting common way on the south and the common footpath on the north;
(b) one piece of land is situated between land of Butley Priory on the east and land of Lord Beaumont on the west and north, abutting land of Nicholas Toller on the south;
(c) the other piece of land is situated between escheated lands on the south and land of Lord Beaumont on the north.
Witnesses: John Smyth, Thomas Chyken, William Bay, Thomas Boteler, and William Fygell, all of Bicker, and others.
Bicker.
