Description:A brass plaque on a wooden backboard mounted on the north wall of the nave. The inscribed inscription is in black, with a red outer border. Dimensions: 635mm x 483mm.

Inscription:IN LOVING MEMORY OF CPL LAWRENCE FREDERICK SWALLOW (2ND LINCS REGT.) ONLY SON OF LARENCE HERBERT AND FLORENCE ANN SWALLOW BORN APRIL 13. 1897 REPORTED MISSING (SOMME) JULY 1 1916.
