Description:Grey vertical rectangular stone with Gothic top falling to straight sides which widen slightly toward base, stands on large chamfered horizontal foundation stone. Decorative groove around top and sides of headstone, decorative recessed panel showing ivy leaves parallels top, dedication in black lead lettering beneath.

Inscription:IN / Loving Memory / of / EDMUND / THE BELOVED HUSBAND OF / HANNAH MARIA ATKINSON, / WHO WAS ACCIDENTALLY / KILLED APRIL 5TH 1917, / AGED 51 YEARS. / ROCK OF AGES CLEFT FOR ME. / ALSO FOR / CHARLES, / THE DEARLY BELOVED SON / OF THE ABOVE, / WHO DIED OF WOUNDS / IN FRANCE JULY 22ND 1917 / AGED 25 YEARS. / FATHER IN THY GRACIOUS / KEEPING LEAVE WE NOW OUR / LOVED ONE SLEEPING. / AND THE ABOVE NAMED / HANNAH MARIA ATKINSON, / WHO PASSED AWAY JAN 22ND 1920, / AGED 56 YEARS. / PEACE PERFECT PEACE.
