Description:Vertical rectangular unpolished black stone with oval top dropping to straight sides, stands on bow fronted base stone with central container and vase. The whole stands on horizontal rectangular chamfered foundation stone. Undecorated except for dedication in gold lettering on polished panel occupying majority of front face.

Inscription:Treasured memories of /our dearly loved parents / Charles Henry/ Grimbleby /Died 30th January 1933 /Aged 37 years. /And Gladys Grimbleby /Died 10th May 1976 /Aged 76 years. / Dearly loved and sadly missed. /Also their dear son / Clarence Grimbleby R.N./ Killed in Action/ 13th November 1943/ Aged 21 years/ Rest in Peace
