Description:A black metal plaque mounted on the north wall of the sanctuary. The plaque is in the shape of a shield and features an embossed inscription divided into three parts by two flowers on square bosses. Dimensions: 410mm x 325mm.

Inscription:TO THE LOVED AND HONOURED MEMORY OF JOHN HENRY GRAY OF WESTBY PTE. IN THE 2ND BATTN. LINCOLNSHIRE REGT. KILLED IN FRANCE DEC 2ND 1917 AGED 38 YEARS ALSO OF CHARLES EDWARD NIKLAUS PORTMANN OF WESTBY PTE. IN THE WEST YORKSHIRE REGT. KILLED ON THE SOMME MARCH 26TH 1918 AGED 19 YEARS FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH
