Description:A brass plaque in an oak frame, mounted on the north wall of the nave. The tablet features an engraved border with bosses to the corners, and a red-coloured cross at the top-centre. Dimensions: plaque: 1000mm x 667mm; frame: 1092mm x 770mm x 30mm.
