Description:A brass plaque mounted on a brick base at the ident square. A second plaque, directly underneath the dedication-bearing plaque, features the squadron badge.

Inscription:RAF BINBROOK IDENT SQUARE THE AIRFIELD WAS THE HOME FROM MAY 1943 TO JULY 1945 OF 460 (RAAF) SQDN WHICH CARRIED OUT 6264 SORTIES, DROPPED 24856 TONS OF BOMBS AND HAD OVER 1000 AIRCREW CASUALTIES WE WILL REMEMBER THEM
