Description:Black marble stone with half round top and peon topped side panels. Carved inscriptions. Deep chamfered kerbstones around 3 sides with peon topped posts at 2 bottom corners only. Inscription to soldier on headstone proper and to parents on kerbs to either side. Chamfered vase within grave space.

Inscription:Headstone: IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ FRANK CARBUTT/ LONDON SCOTTISH REGIMENT/ DIED OF WOUNDS IN FRANCE/ JUNE 2ND 1917/ AGED 20 YEARS/ ONLY CHILD OF/ JOHN ROBERT AND/ ANNIE LETITIA CARBUTT. Left kerb: JOHN ROBERT CARBUTT DIED MARCH 8TH 19(.)(.), AGED (.)(.) YEARS. Right kerb: ANNIE LETITIA CARBUTT DIED JULY (.) 19(.)(.), AGED (.)(.) YEARS.
