Description:Peon topped checked marble stone with gold inscription and decoration to both top corners. Square marble kerb stones around entire grave space, space capped and gravel filled. Round vase and container within space.

Transcription:IN LOVING MEMORY OF/ RANSOM/ BELOVED HUSBAND OF/ GWENDOLINE HARGREAVES/ WHO DIED MAY 1ST 1942 AGED 56 YEARS/ ALSO OUR DEAR SON/ NORMAN HARGREAVES (CODER) R.N./ BORN JUNE 8TH 1924./ GAVE HIS LIFE IN THE LIBERATION OF EUROPE/ JUNE 15TH 1944./ "EVER IN OUR THOUGHTS."/ AND OF THE ABOVE/ GWENDOLINE HARGRAVES/ BORN JAN 8TH 1893/ DIED JULY 20TH 1967
