Materials Used:Brass plaque and wooden cross.

Description:The memorial takes the form of a brass plaque as well as a large cross affixed to tthe top of the rood screen.

Inscription:The cross on the screen is given in honour of God Incarnate and in loving memory of Pency Osmond Ernest Bertie, Cadet, Royal Navy who passed away 22nd March 1917 aged 15 years. R.I.P.
