Description:Two stone walls standing at the entrance to a plaing field, in commemoration of of J.T. Walker. Inscriptions are written on two higer pillars, both adorned with stone spheres.
Inscription:THIS WALL / WAS ERECTED BY / MR. JAMES WALKER / IN MEMORY OF HIS SON / JOHN JAMES / WALKER / KILLED IN MORMANDY / 27TH JUNE 1944 THIS PLAYING FIELD WAS GIVEN TO THE VILLAGE BY COUNC. A. WALKER J.P. IN MEMORY OF HIS SON JOHN THOMAS WALKER WHO DIED 4TH SEPTEMBER 1943
