Description:A decorated bronze plaque, located on a curtain wall outside the factory gates, 560 x 470 mm. The memorial is decorated at the top centre with the Company Badge (a rearing stallion surmounting the word "Invicta" on a scroll). The edge of the plaque is decorated with a double line and basket weave design having a flower at each corner.
