Description:The War Memorial consists of an oak screen to the Chapel of the Sacred Heart, it was erected in memory of those fallen in the Great War who had been members of the Holy Rood congregation. Memorial blessed by Father Hengel on Whit-Sunday 1921 Behind the curtain to the far left of the entry door, and fixed to the ledge of the back screen and accessible from the chapel/library is a brass tablet mounted on oak 76mm x 406mm

Inscription:In memory of those who died in the Great War 1914-1918 George Hooker, B.Page, F.Page, C.Pippet, G.Pippet. R.I.P
