Description:Vertical rectangular headstone with Norman top, narrows slightly to straight sides before widening again toward base. Stands on chamfered horizontal rectangular foundation stone. Flower motif in circular recessed panel toward top of stone with part dedication above panel and remainder beneath in faded black lead lettering.

Inscription:IN LOVING MEMORY OF / JOHN / THE BELOVED HUSBAND OF / ANN CRANFIELD / WHO DIED FEBRY 10TH 1917 / AGED 64 YEARS / RESTING IN JESUS / ALSO OF JOHN WILLIAM / SON OF THE ABOVE / WHO DIED OF WOUNDS RECEIVED IN ACTION / SEPTER 23RD 1917 AGED 33 YEARS / GREATER LOVE HATH NO MAN THEN THIS / THAT HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS / FRIENDS
