Description:Gothic stone with slight cut away either side, widens at base. Stands on chamfered stone and has a round vase in front of the base stone. Bird and leaf motif at the top centre of the headstone. Inscribed with black lettering.

Inscription:In / Loving Remembrance / of / ANNIE ELIZABETH, / THE BELOVED WIFE OF / FREDERICK SEWARDS, / WHO DIED OCT. 19TH 1915, / AGED 49 YEARS. / UNTIL THE DAY BREAK, AND THE SHADOWS / FLEE AWAY. / ALSO ERECTED / IN MEMORY OF THEIR DEAR SON, / ARTHUR, / WHO FELL IN FRANCE OCT. 29TH 1916, / AGED 26 YEARS. / GRANT HIM ETERNAL PEACE.
