Description:Wall mounted horizontal rectangular polished metal plaque attached to slightly larger dark wooden board. Thin black line around all edges frames centre field. Fleur de lis emblem at all corners and wording in centre field in black lettering with exception of initial letter of random words, which are in red. Erected on north wall of nave.

Inscription:TO THE GLORY OF GOD/ AND INPROUD AND LOVING MEMORY OF/ OSBORN WRIGHT. A.S.M./ 6TH LINCOLN REGT/ WHO GAVE HIS LIFE IN THE SERVICE OF/ HIS COUNTRY. DYING OF WOUNDS IN FRANCE/ APRIL 8TH 1918./ ERECTED BY HIS BROTHER SCOUTS OF THE/ WINESHEAD TROOP/ WE THANK GOD UPON EVERY REMEMBERANCE OF YOU.
