Description:Small Kerbed bed with four square corner posts. Inscription virtually imposable to read, a monumental inscription recorded and published on compact disc by the Lincolnshire Family History Society in 2008, reads:-

Inscription:Kerb: IN LOVING MEMORY OF FREDRICK PERCY BLACKSHAW DIED APRIL 2ND 1917 AGED 29 YEARS. LATE SCHOOLMASTER AT APPLEBY AND OF THE 2ND BATTALION COLDSTREAM GUARDS. ALSO SOPHIA BLACKSHAW DIED MARCH 15TH 1943 AGED 60. FOR 25 YEARS HEADMISTRESS OF THE SCHOOL IN THIS VILLAGE. UNTIL DAY BREAK AND THE SHADOWS FLEE AWAY.

Notes on Condition:The kerb is broken and the inscription illegible

Notes:Pte F P Blackshaw 2nd Battlaion Coldstream Guards, 16989. Died after being discharged on medical grounds.
