Description:Brass plaque with letters colured in red and black, with small wreath and regimental badge , centre top. The memorial plaque is attached to the wall in the altar area of the church, but at ground level. It is next to another plaque for Signaller Percy Cleary

Inscription:PRAY FOR THE SOUL OF / THOMAS WRIGHT B. Sc / AIC., AKC., / LIEUT. ROYAL BERKSIRE REGT. / DEARLY LOVED ELDEST SON OF / STEPHEN & AGNES WRIGHT OF RUSKINGTON / WHO WAS KILLED IN ACTION NEAR LAVENTIE, FRANCE MAY 1ST 1915 / AGED 25 YEARS / RIP

Notes:Lincolnshire Chronicle 28th October 1916 pg 3: Memorial Tablet: - During the morning service on Sunday at the Church of St Mary's, Sleaford, the Rev. Father Lieber blessed the tablet that had been erected to the memory of the late Lieut. Thomas Wright, who was the eldest son of Mr and Mrs Stephen Wright, White House Ruskington, who was killed in action in France on 2nd May, 1915
