Description:
Grade II listed monument inscribed in Roman capitals on the south side, "Vale! Mi Fili Dilectissime Has Inter Arbores Feliciore Olim Auspicio Tuo Nomini Consecretas Contra Votum Flens Hoc Posui Pater Infelix" recording Viscount Alford's death in a hunting accident.
