Property: one piece of meadow in the vill of Levingsete, between those of Simon son of Simon and of Peter, son of Adam Jurdan of Levingsete. The south end abuts on Glamenee (? a watercourse); the north end on the meadow of Simon son of Simon.
Consideration: homage and service and 15/- in silver and 6d. as gressum and an annual rent of 2d. paid quarterly (½d. at St Andrew, Annunciation, St John Baptist, and Michaelmas) and towards scutage ½d. for each 20/-, and for more, and for less, less and towards the scot of the hundred ¼d. for all services.
