Consideration: homage and service and 15/- in silver and 6d. as gressum and an annual rent of 2d. paid quarterly (½d. at St Andrew, Annunciation, St John Baptist, and Michaelmas) and towards scutage ½d. for each 20/-, and for more, and for less, less and towards the scot of the hundred ¼d. for all services.
