Witnesses: Nicholas of Hastinges, Adam of Gissinge, Kt, Theobald of Denham, Gregory of Holdhame, John of Tyfteshall, Thomas of Huphall, Henry of Lauketun, Edmund of Ketelberne, Stephen of Ridingfeld, John of Hoxn and others.
Undated: but if Suddun is Sutton, there was a Richard, son of Sir James, who was over thirty and qualified in 1326; a Sir Nicholas de Hastings is given between 1297-1323. Sir Adam de Gissing was dead in 1316.
