Property includes: 1) new erected messuage and paper-mill adjoining now called the Paper-Mill or Pad mill in Tealby, and the onset, containing 6r. formerly consisting of a small close called Pad Mill Pingle and of a little piece of ground and of one ley of selion on the north side, formerly several partitions, but now lying together, part of which is built upon other part, and used as the dam or course of the mills.
