Down Your Wold

Down Your Wold is a community heritage project within the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the project will help you to discover, understand and enjoy this rich and diverse historic landscape.

From the humble country cottage, to the country house; from the lumps and bumps in the fields, to picturesque churches, we hope to inspire and assist the communities that make the Lincolnshire Wolds such an important landscape, to become involved with and learn about their local heritage.

You will have the chance to take part in a series of events over two years. These events will range from heritage trails, to workshops on aerial photos and old maps, to practical hands on training surveying earthworks, or old buildings and everything in between, as we want you to tell us what you’re interested in doing.

You can visit the new Down Your Wold website at: www.down-your-wold.co.uk
